Go to the field you want to change, click on the field to enter edit mode, and press CTL + 0 (that the number zero).

That’ll do the trick :)  This works in Enterprise Manager (SQL Server 2000) as well as Management Studio (SQL Server 2005).

Now, what I want to know is, how to input a blank String ?
