I don’t think I’ve done any product recommendation in this blog before, but today I would like to tell you about what I would call simply ‘the best’ broadband provider in the UK!
Friends, meet BE Broadband!

How can I say this?

Well, as you could probably have guessed, I’m an internet addict, and a fussy one at that :) I want the fastest, reliable, unlimited, flexible, reasonably priced and good support broadband I could get my hands on. And 3 years ago, I found ‘all’ of these in BE Broadband :)

Allow me to elaborate …

Speed
They offer Broadband speed from 8Meg up to 24Meg downstream and from up to 1.3Meg or 2.5Meg upstream. I believe this is one of the fastest combination among broadband speeds that are being offered by UK Provider.

Reliable
For these whole 3 years I’ve been with BE Broadband, I’ve never had any serious complain with the service. The connection is up 99% off all time, and when there had been the rare occasion when the line was down, they had always fixed it quickly.

Unlimited
I know what you are thinking, there is no way any provider give you unlimited bandwidth, and you would be correct :) BE’s service is subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP). But, despite of my *heavy usage* (and I mean *heavy*), BE has never bothered me. And considering the price you pay for the speed compare to other Providers, BE offers the best value.

Flexible
It’s always good to have choices, and BE is definitely is not lack of those. You can choose between 3 type of services (Value, Unlimited and Pro), 3 type of contract lengths (3, 9 or 12 months), dynamic or static IP Address, no connection fee and of course you get a free Wifi Router. BE has also got one cool feature, that is, you can change the way your connection work manually by just login to your account online and change a setting.

Price
I won’t say more on this other than that for the service I get right now, I am paying a very reasonable, if not cheap price. I am very happy. For more details just check these table of comparison of the service that BE is offering.

Support
I don’t know about you, but I’m really sick and tired with the way I’ve been treated by support people from companies I’ve been dealing with (I don’t want to turn this post to a rant, so I’m sure you know what I mean). So, it is really sobering to find a company like BE whose support team has been very responsive and quick in dealing with any issue that I’ve thrown at them. I am a happy customer :)

So, whether you are still undecided to which provider you want to commit yourself to, or if your current contract are about to finish, or maybe you just fed up with the *crap* service that you’ve had to endure; well, your search has ended, this is the *one* that you’ve been looking for, finally you can enjoy the information *superhighway* the way it meant to be.

But if the above hasn’t convinced you yet, how about this offer of Half Price BE Value account for 12 months. That is £6.75 per month for an 8 Meg unlimited broadband. I think you would agree with me that it’s a very good offer. To take advantage of this offer, go to this page, and go from there. You have to be quick though because the offer ends the end of this month (31/10/2009).

However, if you are like me, a speed freak :) Then 8Mb is just not enough, you want to top speed available, you want the Pro Account :) Here what you might want to do, if you let me know your email address (post it in the comment), I will send you an invite, and when you join, BE will credit your account with £15, which will help to pay your first month of your membership.

So, what are you waiting for? Check out BE’s website and end your misery now!

PS: If you are already a BE Member, please share your experience on the comment (good or bad).
